1. How does the made to order process work? When you place an order, I create your graphic apparel specifically for you! Each piece is carefully crafted in my studio using high-quality apparel and your selected design. Step-by-step ordering instructions are conveniently available on the homepage.
2. Can I request a custom design? Yes! I’d love to bring your ideas to life. If you have a specific design in mind, please reach out to me with the details. Please note that custom designs may take additional production time.
3. What if I need to make a change to my order? If you need to make a change to your order, please email me as soon as possible. Please note that once I have started production, I will not be able to make adjustments.
4. How long will it take to receive my order? Since each item is made to order, the production time is currently 1-3 days. In addition to production time, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
5. Do you ship internationally? At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
6. What is your return/exchange policy? Since the apparel is made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If any items are damaged during shipping, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will do my best to make it right.
